AGL Recruitment Campaign - Q2 2020

Situation

To meet AGL rate case requirements to hire new staff, Corporate Communications asked for our help in creating a digital marketing campaign to boost HR recruitment efforts.

Solution

The campaign was deployed across Facebook/Instagram, Google, and LinkedIn which garnered more than 1.3 million impressions. From these impressions, more than 6K clicked on our ads. In less than a month, the campaign generated 1,700 candidates, and total applications were 20% higher compared to the same period of the previous year. Naturally, the very best talent was hired.
