We partnered with Billing Solutions, Customer Communications, Legal, and Regulatory to understand the status of the program, develop a business plan, and implement initiatives to renew, modernize, and expand it.
In Phase 1 launched at Nicor Gas, a bill insert webpage provides potential advertisers with information, pricing, and an inquiry submission form. Phases 2 and 3 will focus on expanding the program to include a Savings webpage where many advertisers can be featured, as well as a QR code on both print and digital bills to drive more customers to the Savings webpage.
