Builder First Program
We partnered with Business Development to revamp the Builders and Developers section of the Nicor Gas website and launch the experiential Builder First program.
Builders and developers who work with Nicor Gas are an important audience we needed to reach to:
- Improve relationships, trust, and communications
- Make doing business with us easier
- Promote the benefits of natural gas
- Promote natural gas to their customers
We partnered with Business Development to revamp the Builders and Developers section of the Nicor Gas website and launch the experiential Builder First program.
The new webpages are creating a better online experience, streamlining the natural gas installation process, providing valuable information about the benefits of natural gas and natural gas appliances, and bringing attention to special offers, incentives, and events.
The Builder First program launched in Q3 2021. Now in Phase 3 of the roll out, marketing materials and social events are being added to the program’s existing lineup of webinars, focus groups, surveys, and bi-annual newsletter.
Once the program has fully rolled out, other LDCs will be able to take advantage of the work done at Nicor to revitalize and enhance their own builder and developer assets and resources.
