Illinois Customer Credit Analysis - Q4 2020 – Q2 2021

Situation

Some customers delay or default on payment for a myriad of reasons, some which include financial and/or personal hardship. In collaboration with the Credit team, we sought to better identify our customers and predict those who would default.

Solution

Data analysis, predictive algorithms, and modeling allowed us to gather valuable insights on customer payment history, behaviors, and trends. We now have data-driven information that makes it possible to proactively identify and assist this complex group of customers in making on-time payments.
